"Surfing and Breathing Consciously
nourrish humility and gratitude"
All those who have ever attempted to set foot on a surfboard will agree that it is a frustrating yet incredibly magical sport.
It requires patience, humility, respect, physical and mental balance. Surfing urges us to confront our fears, to push ourselves beyond what we could have imagined, in order to experience that moment of grace:

Riding the Wave

To be carried by the force of nature but also to draw strength from it to evolve and progress. And that moment of suspension, of freedom, of connection, is simply magical.

"I still have the vivid memory of that wave breaking perfectly at Imsouane Bay, and I see myself being carried by its height, its power, its character. I savor every second on that wave. There is nothing else but that magnificent swell and me at that moment. No room for thought, for the past or the future; just a feeling of bliss, of pure connection with the movement of the water, becoming one with it."

The close connection between Surfing and Breathwork, in my opinion, is undeniable. Venturing into Breathwork requires just as much determination as surfing. It's about surpassing your beliefs and limits. And when the magic happens, when you let yourself be carried by your own wave, I'm referring to the breath, it's a true liberation, a connection to oneself of immeasurable richness.
