What is it about ?

A bit of history:

The term "breathwork" originated in the 1960s when the psychiatrist Stanislav Grof developed the"holotropic breathing" as an alternative to using LSD to explore altered states of consciousness. Later, in the 1970s, Leonard Orr created the "Rebirthing" method, drawing inspiration from Grof's work. These practices of conscious breathing aim to explore repressed emotions and have become powerful tools for emotional healing and personal development.

Let's remember that the power of breath was not discovered in the 1960s. Many ancient practices such as pranayama in yoga, Vipassana meditation, Qi Gong, and shamanic practices have recognized the benefits of breath for millennia in terms of health, well-being, and expanding consciousness.

Cosmic Breathwork

"Begin your transformation through Breathwork"

This is a technique developed by Tina Fleur, inspired by holotropic breathwork, rebirthing, shamanism, and yogic philosophy.

Cosmic Breathwork is an invitation to self-exploration through conscious breathing, drum vibrations, music, verbal guidance, and heart-centered presence. It is a multisensory journey that harmonizes our body, mind, and soul. Despite its tranquil appearance, Cosmic Breathwork remains a dynamic adventure that allows us to release emotions, connect with joy, our hearts, and savor the grace of the present moment.

Due to our uniqueness, each journey is different and unique. Nevertheless, our breath, like an intuitive guide, knows the path to take throughout the practice. I breathe in sovereignty, remaining master of my body and mind.

SO, How does it work?

Remember, You Are in Control

Throughout your Breathwork journey, you remain the master of your being, empowered and safe.

Within a secure and energetically prepared space, I lead you through the journey. Verbal guidance, enchanting music, and drum accompany you, yet the main tool remains your breath.

The Phases of the journey

1. Grounding phase – Deepen your connection to the earth, preparing for the profound experience ahead

2. Activation phase – Embrace sets of waves, each lasting 4-6 minutes, combining hyperventilation and retentions for 40-50 minutes in total

3. Relaxation phase – Return to your natural breath, savoring the journey’s energy

4. Integration phase – Emerge from the cosmic voyage and anchor the experience through drawing, writing, meditation, and collective sharing.
